It is a mashup of styles with a simple content area, web 2.0 nav with several handrawn elemtents.
Rough is a two-column layout with page navigation on the left side. The presentation of the Rough theme is light but with a burst of color.

  Updated zip with a read me file and instructions on moving the sidebar from the left to the right.

  Just redownload the theme if you want to apply this modification.
